All gym members get a FREE initial assessment from a personal trainer.

Adrian designs and implements personalized training programs for adults and youth, targeting specific health conditions, sporting activities, figure competition training, group fitness and individual fitness goals. He has been a professional fitness trainer since 1989 in Los Angeles and Omaha training a wide variety of individuals from the beginner to the elite athlete. He has a strong client loyalty through evidence/results based practice. 

In his free time Adrian continues to compete in the Mens Senior Baseball League and also umpires youth softball and baseball.

Karina has multitude of training/coaching certifications and also serves a Les Mills group fitness instructor at West O Fitness.  Her passion is helping others find their love for fitness. With a background in nutrition, Karina focuses on a wholistic approach to maintaining good health by finding the right balance between healthy eating habits and physical activity. She will help you to reach your goals and offer support every step of the way. Her motto is: “It’s never too late to get healthier; taking care of yourself is an act of self love and respect.”

Heather is an avid athlete from California who played NCAA Division 1 Tennis at Creighton University. She has competed in over 30 triathlons including a half Ironman.  Heather applies her experience training and passion for many different forms of organized sports to help other reach their fitness goals. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Nate has been personal training since 2013. He has worked with all age groups and enjoy the challenge of programming for different types of people.  Whether it's the “Maintaining Movements with Parkinson’s” class he used to teach, or an advanced lifter, or a new mom just getting back into exercise, he can tailor a program to fit the individual.  He enjoys training all ability levels and gets results through motivational coaching, accountability, and strategic workout designs that will help anybody achieve their fitness goals!

Jen has been a personal trainer for over 20 years.  She loves helping people get results and achieve their goals.  From children to Division I athletes, she enjoys working with all types of people.  She has a passion for helping people work on strength training programs and believes it is the most important part of a workout.  Proper form and progression are the key components to a great workout regimen to build strength and avoid injury.
