All gym members get a FREE initial assessment from a personal trainer. 

  • One-on-one meeting with a personal trainer

  • Learn proper equipment technique

  • Assess your current fitness level

  • Discuss your fitness goals

Adrienne’s personal fitness journey has transformed since moving to Gretna 6 years ago. After having children, she found it was much harder to stay healthy. To combat the feelings of complacency and growing dissatisfaction with her health, she joined a gym and made a point of prioritizing exercise and eating right. In doing so, she realized she wanted to help others feel more comfortable and confidant in the gym. Adrienne has worked with clients of all ages, from teens to older adults, and finds her greatest enjoyment in seeing others realize his or her goals. She will work hard on planning workouts so your time in the gym is the most impactful.

Nicole’s brings a myriad of fitness experience to West O Fitness. Her favorite activities include running, lifting, and playing sports. As a fitness professional, Nicole believes maintaining a healthy lifestyle benefits her clients in more ways than just physically; it can help individuals build the confidence and capability to achieve almost anything. She specializes in weight loss, nutrition, muscle toning, and sports performance. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, baking, painting, and helping out on her family’s farm.

Jen has been a personal trainer for over 20 years.  She loves helping people get results and achieve their goals.  From children to Division I athletes, she enjoys working with all types of people.  She has a passion for helping people work on strength training programs and believes it is the most important part of a workout.  Proper form and progression are the key components to a great workout regimen to build strength and avoid injury.

Adrian has design and implement personalized training programs targeting specific health conditions, sporting activities, figure competition training and individual fitness goals.  He has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer for both adults and youth.  He has strong client loyalty through evidence/results based practice, personalized training plans and genuine interest in client goal achievement. He is also an avid baseball fan and serves as a softball umpire in the summer.

Nate has been personal training since 2013.  When he first began training, he assumed everyone wanted to exercise like a 21 year old.  He quickly learned that everybody is different.  Even though people may have success with similar exercises, each client needs a different approach depending on goals and ability level.  He has worked with all age groups and enjoy the challenge of programming for different types of people.  Whether it's the “Maintaining Movements with Parkinson’s” class he used to teach, or an advanced lifter, or a new mom just getting back into exercise, he can tailor a program to fit the individual.  He enjoys training all ability levels and gets results through motivational coaching, accountability, and strategic workout designs that will help anybody achieve their fitness goals!

EMAIL HEATHER

Heather is an avid athlete from California who played NCAA Division 1 Tennis at Creighton University. She has competed in over 30 triathlons including a half Ironman.  Heather applies her experience training and passion for many different forms of organized sports to help other reach their fitness goals. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Patty enjoys working with clients of all ages and goals including young athletes, aging adults and those trying to lose weight.  She believes that being physically active is a lifestyle change, and is excited to work with clients to show them how important it is to improve their overall health and wellness.  Patty also teaches a circuit class and leads our Run Club.
